About me
Dr. Shelly Hopper is a member of the Manitoba Metis Federation and the Red River homeland. She lives and works in Treaty 1 territory where she presently serves as an Anti-Racism Education Professional Learning Coordinator with the Community Education Development Association, working alongside three urban school divisions. With over 25 years of experience in the public school system as a teacher and administrator, she has dedicated herself to working alongside community, to support equitable opportunities for all.
