About me
Nadia Delanoy (PhD) has her roots in K-12 from an educator, department head, educational technologist and director. In post-secondary, Dr. Delanoy's research focuses on how people lead and learn in complex and dynamic systems. Her doctoral research examined the use of big data and social media analytics to inform agile leadership practices. This has prompted her to conduct research on leading learning in generative AI, while simultaneously working on transdisciplinary research that addresses a central question, 'How can educational institutions integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI while preserving meaningful evidence of learning, ethical engagement with technology, and human-centered educational practices?' Her work can be found in the International Journal of Leadership in
Learning, the Journal of Leadership and Management, the Journal of Business Ethics and Leadership, the Canadian Journal of
Learning Technologies, the European Journal of Education among other places.
