About me
Teddi LaBrash is in her fourth year as a Vice Principal at an elementary school, bringing more than a decade of experience rooted in inclusive education. Before moving into administration, she spent eight years as an Inclusive Learning Coach, partnering with teachers, educational assistants, students, and families to support diverse learning needs through practical strategies and strength-based approaches. Teddi's passion for inclusive, joyful learning began shortly after graduating from Queen's University, when teaching English as a Second Language in South Korea ignited her love for the classroom. Her career began in Alberta with a Grade 4/5 class whose varied needs inspired her to pursue specialized work in inclusive learning. Committed to deepening her impact, Teddi completed a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, focusing her capstone on the leadership characteristics that best foster inclusive school environments. She continues to champion practices that make school engaging, responsive, and welcoming for all learners.
