About me
Justin Noseworthy is an educational leader currently serving as the Principal of a small rural Elementary School in Newfoundland and Labrador. Justin has been a Principal since 2018. With experience leading Elementary and K-12 All-Grade schools, Justin brings a broad perspective to fostering engaging learning environments. Grounded in his early career as a Physical Educator, Justin is deeply passionate about health, wellness, and the development of positive school culture. He believes that thriving schools are built on strong relationships, balanced leadership, and a shared commitment to well-being for students, staff, and the broader community alike. As a husband and father, Justin values connection and balance, carrying those same principles into his professional life. His leadership is characterized by empathy and a steadfast dedication to helping both students and educators reach their full potential. To strike a healthy balance, Justin enjoys staying active, coaching minor hockey, and recently discovering an interest in boating and recreational cod fishing in the Atlantic Ocean waters near his hometown. Justin holds a Master of Physical Education (Leadership, Curriculum, and Supervision), a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Physical Education (Honours), and a Diploma of Technology Education, all earned at Memorial University.
