About me
Judson Waye is the Principal of Dr. Losier Middle School in Miramichi, New Brunswick, and is currently on secondment with Anglophone North School District to lead a special project focused on alternative education and Tier 3 behaviour systems. His post-secondary research focuses on leadership and the implementation of Positive Behaviour Interventions and Supports (PBIS). His work critically examines the role of transformational and distributive leadership in building connected school cultures where students can flourish, fostering both student well-being and staff collective efficacy. With a background in science education and extensive experience in instructional leadership, Judson is passionate about using data, collaboration, and equity-driven practices to create learning environments where all students can thrive.
