About me
Jennifer Baeta is an educator, leader, and advocate for women in leadership, with over fifteen years of experience in teaching, administration, and leadership development. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and is deeply passionate about teacher well-being, believing that when educators are supported, students thrive. Jennifer brings a trauma-informed perspective to her work, supporting vulnerable students and educators facing personal challenges.She has been actively involved in advancing women in leadership through local and provincial Women in Leadership committees of the Alberta Teachers’ Association. Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors for the Women in Leadership Foundation, where she co-leads the Community Engagement and Partnership Committee. She also sits on the Board of Directors for ABC Headstart and chairs its HR Subcommittee.Jennifer has been married to her husband for over sixteen years, growing alongside him for the past twenty-two years. She is the proud mother of two beautiful girls who are uniquely strong and serve as living examples of women leading in their own distinct ways. She enjoys staying active, hosting gatherings, and values the healing power of laughter shared with friends and family.
